From globe trotters to the weekend traveling angler the Greys Missionary multi piece travel rods were a wonderful range of travel fly fishing rods.
I say “were” because Greys have produced its successor – the Missionary 6 range.
Made from high modulus carbon the Greys Missionary 6 fly rods are slimmer, lighter, more powerful and more responsive – yet still retaining the ranges durability and excellent performance.
Greys have improved the range in all areas but still keeping the perfect balance in the hand with a fast mid to tip action and overall quality and ease of use.
A travel fishing rod isn’t much of a traveling rod if it can not be broken down small enough. Thats not a problem you will have with the Greys Missionary 6 range of rods which all break down in to 6 sections.

With the single handed rods being broken down into sections as little as 16 inches (approx 410mm) you will have no trouble taking it with you in your holiday luggage, or packed away in the boot of the car, right at hand for the odd spot of fishing after work or just when you are out and about.
Even the double handed rods in the range (13ft and 15ft in length) collapse down into a very manageable 30 inches (approx 760mm).
